The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants. We refer to our earlier announcements dated 4 December 2012, 7 December 2012, 4 January 2013, 17 January 2013 and 31 January 2013. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Digistar, OSK Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the Company had resolved to fix the following prices pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants:- i. the issue price of the Rights Shares is fixed at RM0.20 per Rights Share; and ii. the exercise price of the Warrants is fixed at RM0.26 per Warrant. The issue price of RM0.20 per Rights Share represents a discount of approximately 23.08% to the theoretical ex-rights price of Digistar Shares of RM0.26, calculated based on the five (5)-day weighted average market price of Digistar Shares as traded on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") up to and including 25 February 2013 of RM0.29 per Digistar Share. The exercise price of RM0.26 per Warrant represents the theoretical ex-rights price of Digistar Shares of RM0.26, calculated based on the five (5)-day weighted average market price of Digistar Shares as traded on Bursa Securities up to and including 25 February 2013 of RM0.29 per Digistar Share.
