The WCE project involves the development of a highway from Banting in Selangor to Taiping in Perak with 233km of toll highway (including 40km of highway to be constructed later). None of the Directors, or major shareholders of the Company, or persons connected with them, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the project, other than Road Builder (M) Holdings Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of IJM Corporation Berhad, a major shareholder of the Company, is holding 20% equity interest in WCESB.
