On behalf of the Board of Directors of Destini, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd (“M&A Securities”) is pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had, vide its letter dated 31 December 2012, approved the listing of and quotation for up to 33,000,000 new Destini Shares to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement on the Main Market of Bursa Securities subject to the following conditions: (i) Destini and M&A Securities must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (“Main LR”) pertaining to the implementation of the Private Placement; (ii) Destini and M&A Securities to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the Private Placement; (iii) Destini to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Private Placement is completed; and (iv) M&A Securities must submit to Bursa Securities the placees’ details in accordance with Paragraph 6.15 of the Main LR as soon as practicable after each tranche of placement and before the listing of the new shares to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement. This announcement is dated 31 December 2012.
