Corporation Bhd;
The Net Assets and Net Profits of HLSP based on the latest audited financial
statements;
The salient features/terms of the Sale and Purchase Agreement ("Agreement");
Detail information on the Land held by HLSP pursuant to item (1) and (4), Part
C of Appendix 10A of the Main Market Listing Requirements, where applicable;
The estimated financial commitment required to develop the Land;
Detail breakdown and nature of the working capital to be funded by the disposal
proceeds and the timeframe for full utilisation;
Tabulation on how does the gain on disposal of RM60,000 is derived at;
