Query Letter content: We refer to your Company's announcement dated 19 October 2011 in respect of the
aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following
additional information for public release:-
1. Are there any options that the Company is considering, to improve its long
term and sustainable future growth, besides the distribution and trading of
crude oil and liquified petroleum gas. If yes, to provide details.
2. Detailed information on the Joint Marketing Agreement, including but not
limited to the following:-
(i) Details of the joint-marketing arrangement between Vokes Air and Resscom
Petroleum, includinga description of the business model and the distribution
and trading network.
(ii) Any consideration paid to Vokes Air, together with the basis of arriving
at the consideration.
(iii) The effect of thejoint-marketing arrangementon theEnvair group,which
includes the effect of the joint-marketing arrangement on the earnings per
share, net assets per share, gearing, share capital and substantial
shareholders' shareholding of the Envair group.
(iv) Whether the directors and/or major shareholders and/or persons connected
with a director or major shareholder have any interest, direct or indirect, in
thejoint-marketing arrangement,and the nature and extent of their interests.
(v) The rationale for thejoint-marketing arrangement,including any benefit
which is expected to accrue to theEnvair groupas a result of the
joint-marketing arrangement. Information such as the expected revenue and gross
profit that the new business will contribute to Envair for this financial year
and next financial year.
(vi) The salient features of theJoint Marketing Agreement and the time and
place where such document may be inspected.

(vii) A statement by the board of directors, excluding interested directors
stating whether thejoint-marketing arrangementis in the best interests
ofEnvair, and where a director disagrees with such statement, a statement by
the director setting out the reasons and the factors taken into consideration
in forming that opinion.
(viii)The prospects of the new business (i.e., distribution and trading of
crude oil and liquified petroleum gas).
(ix) The risks in relation to thejoint-marketing arrangement.
(x) Whether the joint-marketing arrangement is a diversification in operations
as defined in Rule 10.13 of the ACE Market Listing Requiements.
(xi) Whether the joint-marketing arrangement is subject to the shareholders'
approval and the relevant government authorities and the estimated time frame
for submission of the application to the relevant authorities.
(xii) When does the Company expect to start operation on the new business.
