If you wish to dispose of our ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Sunway Holdings Berhad ("SunH") ("Shares") in the market after the exercise of our Warrants, we would recommend that you exercise our Warrants by 13 July 2011, being at least ten (10) market days prior to the Suspension Date ("Pre-Suspension Date"). If you exercise our Warrants after the Pre-Suspension Date, you may not be able to receive our Shares in time to dispose of them in the market prior to the suspension of trading of our Shares pursuant to the capital repayment by way of a capital reduction exercise pursuant to Section 64 of the Companies Act, 1965 ("Capital Reduction and Repayment"). To facilitate the Capital Reduction and Repayment, the trading of our Shares in the market will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 2 August 2011, being three (3) clear market days prior to 8 August 2011 which is the entitlement date for the Capital Reduction and Repayment.
