Remarks :- This announcement is made on behalf of Viztel. The shareholders of Viztel whose names appear on the Record of Depositors at the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 1 June 2011 shall be entitled to the Share Exchange. The trading of Viztel Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 26 May 2011, being three (3) clear market days prior to the Entitlement Date in order to facilitate the Share Exchange. The suspension will continue until the admission of Systech to the Official List of Bursa Securities in place of Viztel and the listing of and quotation for the new Systech Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities.
