Query Letter content: In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa
Securities") with the following additional information for public release:-
The Net Profits, Net Assets and Net Tangible Assets of EISB based on its latest
audited financial statements;
The principal markets for EISB's products;
The basis, other than willing-buyer and willing-seller, in arriving at the
Consideration and Purchase Price of RM30 per EISB share;
The nature of property, plant and equipment ("PPE") and raw materials involved
in the Proposed Assets Exchange and its existing usage;
The net book value of the PPE and the cost of raw materials based on Homeritz's
latest audited financial statements;
In respect of the Proposed Assets Exchange, the rationale for the settlement of
consideration via transfer of assets by Homeritz to EISB instead of settlement
via cash;
Whether the Proposals is conditional upon other corporate proposals/exercise
undertaken by the Company;
Further clarification of "other items of equivalent value" which will form the
settlement of the difference between the value of Assets as at Completion Date
and the Consideration Price of RM3,000,000;
