Query Letter content: We refer to your Company's announcement dated 15 March 2011, in respect of the
aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa
Securities") with the following additional information for public release:-
Background information of GEM and its roles in the Proposed Issuance;
Salient terms and conditions of the Call Option Agreement;
Further illustration (in diagram) on the structure and mechanism of the
Proposed Issuance;
Estimated timeframe on when SILVER's Board of Directors will make a decision on
whether the proceeds arising from the Proposals will be utilised for potential
investment or for existing business;
In the event that the fund is used for working capital, to provide a detailed
breakdown of the proposed utilisation under the working capital; and
Total borrowings of SILVER's Group as at the latest date and net interest
saving per annum after the repayment of borrowings.
Please furnish Bursa Securities with your reply within one (1) market day from
the date hereof.
