Description: We refer to our earlier announcement dated 9 March 2011 ("First Announcement"), the Company wishes to furnish the following additional information in relation to the above matter for public release as requested by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad based on their letter dated 11 March 2011. Unless otherwise stated, the defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the said First Announcement.
1. The proceeds arising from the Proposed Disposal will be utilised as working capital for CSSB current Selangor Halal Hub Phase 2 development and also the coming Phase 3 development which is targetted to start in year 2012.
2. The Proposed Disposal of the 6 plots are in the ordinary course of business of CSSB whereby the sale consideration was arrived after taking into consideration, the development costing and margin being determined.
3. Effects of the Proposed Disposal
a) Earnings Per Share
The Proposed Disposal has no significant effect on the earnings per share of the Group.
b) Net Assets Per Share
The Proposed Disposal has no significant effect on the net assets per share of the Group.
c) Gearing
The Proposed Disposal will improve the Group's gearing level approximately from 0.61 to 0.60.
4. No valuation was carried out with regards to the Said Lands.
5. The approval of the layout plan of Selangor Halal Hub, Pulau Indah project was obtained from Majlis Perbandaran Klang via their letter referenced number (34) dlm.MPK(PB) 52/98 JLD II dated 2 November 2009.
