Description: Pursuant to paragraph 3.1 of Practice Note No. 11 ("PN11") of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Listing Requirements"), Wijaya Baru Global Berhad ("WBGB" or "the Company") wishes to announce the details of financial assistance provided by Venture Credit Sdn Bhd (licensed moneylender), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company pursuant to its ordinary course of business during the reporting quarter ended 31 December 2010, are set out in the below attachment.
In accordance with paragraph 3.3 of PN11 of the Listing Requirements, we attach herewith the quarterly report (as per the attachment) which had been separately announced pursuant to Appendix 8D of the Listing Requirements.
The provision of financial assistance would not have any significant financial impact on WBGB Group.
