for the appointment of Interim Receivers and Managers and to dismiss the application
to strike out the Petition.The Petitioners have filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal
vide Civil Appeal No. B-01(1M)-311-11 against the former decision and the Company
has filed a cross-appeal vide Civil Appeal No. B-01(1M)-318-11 in respect of the latter
decision. No hearing dates for the said Appeals have been fixed as yet.
