EXIM Bank had on 8 June 2010 served a Notice pursuant to Section 218 of the Companies Act, 1965 ("the Act") on the Company for the sums of RM16,314,614.55 which is due and owing to the Bank pursuant to a line of revolving pre-shipment and post shipment supplier credit facility of RM15,000,000.00 granted to the Company.
