All the ordinary shares of OSKVI standing to the credit of the securities account of OSKVI's shareholders shall not be affected, except for the reduction in par value of each ordinary share of OSKVI from RM1.00 to RM0.50. The capital reduction will not adjust the share price of OSKVI.
