The Company is proposed to seek new authorisation from the shareholders at the forthcoming AGM to purchase up to ten per cent (10%) of the existing issued and paid-up share capital of the Company.
Circulars on Proposed Shareholders' Mandate and Proposed Share Buy-Back will be circulated to shareholders in due course.
