The Board of Directors of Tradewinds Corporation Berhad ("TCB") wishes to announce that pursuant to its Proposed Re-organization, its subsidiary, Tradewinds Hotels & Resorts Sdn Bhd (THRSB) had on 25 June 2010 entered into a Sale of Shares Agreement ("SSA") with TCB to facilitate the transfer of its 100% equity interest in THR Hotel (KL) Sdn Bhd ("THR KL") comprising of 69,200,000 ordinary shares of RM1 each to TCB for a cash consideration of RM1.
