The Board of Directors of GLBHD wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jasutera Sdn Bhd (“JSB”) has been placed under Members’ Voluntary Winding Up pursuant to Section 254(1) of the Companies Act, 1965 on 21 May 2014. Mr Chin Woon Sian @ Louis Chin, Ms Voo Yin Ling and Mr Lim Su Leong, have been appointed as Liquidators for the Members’ Voluntary Winding Up for JSB. JSB is a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia on 1 July 1993 and having its registered address at A-09-03, Empire Tower, Empire Subang, Jalan SS16/1, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan. The authorized share capital of JSB is RM100,000 divided into 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, which all are fully paid-up. JSB is a dormant company. The winding up of JSB will not have any material effect on the consolidated earnings or net assets of GLBHD for the financial year ending 30 June 2014. None of the Directors or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the winding up of JSB. The Board of Directors of GLBHD after careful deliberation on the winding up is of the opinion that the above mentioned winding up is in the best interest of the Group. This announcement is dated 21 May 2014.
