The Board of Perwaja Holdings Berhad ("Perwaja" or "the Company") would like to clarify that Perwaja is currently in discussion with the relevant parties to finalize the terms and conditions for the award of the mining rights to Perwaja. Once these terms and conditions have been finalized, an agreement will be signed in due course. Perwaja will make the necessary announcements, at the appropriate time.
