The Company wishes to announce that its sub-subsidiary, Country Heights Lifestyle Berhad ("CHLB") had on 12 September 2012, held an Extraordinary General Meeting at which it was resolved that CHLB be wound-up voluntarily pursuant to Section 254(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 1965. Golden Horse Palace Berhad, the sole shareholder of CHLB, also approved the appointment of Mr Dawin Tang Keng Wai and Ms Goh Tan Cheng�as Liquidators of CHLB. CHLB, which is currently dormant, was principally involved in the business of provision of leisure services. The voluntary winding up of CHLB will not have a material effect on the earnings and net assets of CHHB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2012. None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of CHHB or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the voluntary winding up.
