On behalf of the Company, TA Securities wishes to announce that on 11 September 2012, the following agreements had been entered:- (i)����������Development Management Agreements (“DMAs”) in relation to the Joint Development between West Georgia GP Ltd (the “General Partner” of West Georgia Development Limited Partnership) and TA Management Ltd (“TAML”) and the General Partner and Holborn Developments (West Georgia) Ltd (“Holborn Developments”); and (ii)���������DMAs for the construction of podium facilities and pedestrian access between West Georgia Tower Hotel and FortisBC Centre between TA Properties (Canada) Ltd (“TAPCL”) and TAML and TAPCL and Holborn Developments.� Salient terms of the DMAs that were set out in the Circular to Shareholders dated 21 June 2012 are fully adopted and are attached herewith in Appendix 1 (with amendments duly marked-up for easy reference).
