Query Letter Contents We refer to your announcement dated 5 September 2012 in respect of the
abovementioned matter.

In this regard, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa
Securities") with the following additional information for public release:-

1. The basis of arriving at the subscription consideration for the Subscription
Shares and the Option Shares. If it was based on net assets, the year the net
assets were taken into consideration, quantifying the net assets and stating
whether it was based on audited financial statement.
2. The subscription consideration of Fatfish Capital Ltd (“FCL”) shares in
Ringgit Malaysia equivalent and its exchange rate.
3. The manner in which the subscription consideration will be satisfied
including the terms of any arrangement for payment on a deferred basis.
4. The net assets and net profit of FCL based on its latest audited accounts.
5. Where the subscription consideration is to be satisfied by cash, the source
of funding and its breakdown.
6. The salient features of the Subscription Agreement.
7. The names of the existing shareholders of FCL.

8. The effect of the Proposed Investment on the earnings per share, net assets
per share, gearing, share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholdings
of DVM Technology Berhad (“DVM”).







9. The risks in relation to the Proposed Investment.

10. The prospect of FCL.

11. Whether the Proposed Investment is subject to the approval of the relevant
authorities and
the estimated time frame for submission of the application to the relevant
authorities.

12. The estimated time frame to complete the Proposed Investment.

13. Whether the major shareholders and/or persons connected with a major
shareholder have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Proposed Investment,
and the nature and extent of their interests.

14. A statement by the board of directors whether the Proposed Investment is in
the best interests of DVM.
