Mr Chu Siu Leung of Units 705, 706, 7/F, China Insurance Group Building, No. 141 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong has been appointed as the voluntary liquidator of Mycom Capital. Mycom Capital has ceased all its operations since the completion of the restructuring scheme of the DutaLand Group in April 2013 and there is no plan to activate Mycom Capital’s operations in the future. The voluntary liquidation of Mycom Capital will not have any material impact on the net assets and earnings per share of the DutaLand Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2015.
