On behalf of the Board of Directors of M3Tech, Public Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company has procured the written Irrevocable Undertakings dated 16 June 2015 from certain shareholders of M3Tech to subscribe for up to 80,000,000 Rights Shares together with up to 60,000,000 Warrants pursuant to the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants.

All relevant details of the Irrevocable Undertakings are attached herein.
