There is no major development on the status of default in payment of principal and interests accrued as at the date of this announcement.

The Company together with its advisers are currently working towards finalising a debt restructuring scheme to restructure its total indebtedness.  As announced on 13 April 2015, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had approved the application for an extension of time up to 31 July 2015 to submit the Company’s regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities subject to the requisite announcement being made by 15 May 2015.

Details of the proposed regularisation plan including the proposed debt restructuring scheme shall be announced in due course.
