Reference is made to the announcement made by the Company dated 22 April 2015 in relation to the offer and grant of options under the Employees’ Share Option Scheme (“ESOS”) of the Company.

The Board of Directors of Mikro wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval for the proposed offer of 240,000 options to Woon Yeow Thong, the Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, pursuant to the ESOS of Mikro (“Proposed Offer of Options”) at the forthcoming Ninth Annual General Meeting of Mikro to be convened at a date, which will be notified later.

Further information of the Proposed Offer of Options will be set out in the Notice of the Ninth Annual General Meeting which will be issued to the shareholders of the Company together with the 2015 Annual Report in due course.
