The Board of Directors of CWorks wishes to announce that the Company has on 6 February 2015 entered into a Heads of Agreement with Datin Anita A/P Dato' Krishna Murthi and Koormavalavan Laxmanan for the acquisition of 2,500,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in TNM MFG Sdn Bhd ("TNMM") representing 100% equity interest in TNMM.
