refer to our earlier announcement dated 30 May 2014 in relation to the above
matter. Unless otherwise stated, all
abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those stated in the

announce that Rentak Sejati Sdn Bhd and Hedgeford Ventures Sdn Bhd had on 28
November 2014 mutually agreed to extend the period for fulfilment of the
conditions precedent set out in the SPA by two months from 1 December 2014
to 31 January 2015. This
