On 30 June 2014, the Company has been informed that the hearing has been adjourned to 4 July 2014 and subsequently, the Company has been informed on 4 July 2014, that the Learned Judge has postponed the decision in respect of the stay of UOB Winding-Up Order to 21 July 2014. On 8 July 2014, the Company was served with a winding-up petition dated 4 July 2014 against WOC Boutique Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of HIB from Messrs. Skrine, being the solicitors for Hong Leong BankBerhad (“HLBB”) (“HLBB Winding-Up Petition”). Pursuant to the HLBB Winding-Up Petition, the Court had fixed the case management on 18 July 2014 and the hearing date on 4 September 2014. Save for the above, the Company also wishes to announce that there has been no material development on the status of defaults as at the date of this announcement and the Company will announce further developments on the above matter in due course.
