Pursuant to paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Widetech (Malaysia) Berhad ("Widetech") wishes to announce the information in relation to the loans extended by GW Premium Capital Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Widetech, in the ordinary course of its business as a licensed money lender for the second quarter ended 30 September 2013 as set out in the table attached below.
