The Board of Directors of Brem Holding Berhad ("Brem” or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming 32nd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be convened:-

 

(a) Proposed renewal of the existing shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature.

 

(b) Proposed  renewal  of  the  existing  shareholders’ mandate  for  the  Company  to purchase its own shares on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) of up to ten percent (10%) of the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company.

 

A Circular to Shareholders setting out the details of the proposals in item (a) and (b) above and the resolutions pertaining thereto will be despatched to the shareholders of Brem in due course.
