(For consistency, all the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 8 April 2013 in relation to the Proposals, where applicable, unless stated otherwise or defined herein) Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 8 April 2013, 12 April 2013, 9 May 2013, 23 May 2013, 21 June 2013, and 19 July 2013. On behalf of the Board of Directors of NCB (“Board”), Public Investment Bank Berhad (“PIVB”) wishes to announce that the Board has fixed the number of Consideration Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Acquisition at 120,000,000 Consideration Warrants. The 120,000,000 Consideration Warrants was agreed upon between NCB and BLSB after taking into consideration the items in Section 2.5.1 of the Circular to shareholders of NCB on the Proposals. In addition, PIVB wishes to announce that the Deed Poll constituting the terms and conditions of the 120,000,000 Consideration Warrants has been duly executed on 22 July 2013. A copy of the Deed Poll will be made available for inspection at the registered office of the Company at Level 7, Menara Milenium, Jalan Damanlela, Pusat Bandar Damansara, Damansara Heights, 50490 Kuala Lumpur during normal office hours from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this announcement.
