Further to our announcement dated 17 July 2012, Perangsang Selangor wishes to announce further development on the above case involving SAP Holdings Berhad (“SAP”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Berhad ("KHSB"), which in turn is a subsidiary of Perangsang Selangor. The solicitor acting for SAP informed that during the Hearing fixed on 14 May 2013, the Learned Judge granted Order in Terms as follows:
(a) declaration that the Defendant’s Bill of Cost dated 26 March 2013 is not comprehensive and the amount claimed is unjustifiable; (b) declaration that the amount claimed is unfair, unreasonable, exorbitant and SAP is not liable to pay for the same; (c) the Defendant to issue a new Bill of Costs to the right entity within ninety (90) days with due justification and details. (d) thereafter, the new Bill of Costs to be submitted for taxation before the Registrar. Perangsang Selangor will make the necessary announcement on further development on this matter in due course.
