The Shareholders' mandate for Share Buy-Back approved by the Company's shareholders at the previous AGM of the Company held on 27 June 2012 will lapse at the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM of the Company unless authority for its renewal is obtained from the shareholders at the forthcoming AGM.
