Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(24) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of IHH Healthcare Berhad ("IHH") is pleased to announce that Integrated Healthcare Holdings (Cayman Islands) Limited (Company no. ET244209) (“IHHCIL”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IHH, will be struck off from the Register of Companies of Cayman Islands on 28 June 2013. The Registrar of Companies of Cayman Islands had issued a Certificate of Dissolution on 25 April 2013 and the said Certificate was received by IHH on 14 May 2013. The dissolution of IHHCIL is not expected to have a material effect on the earnings or net assets of the IHH Group for the current financial year ending 31 December 2013.
