On behalf of the Board of Directors of RHB Capital, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that RHB Bank Berhad (“RHB Bank”) and PT Mestika Benua Mas (“Vendor”) had on 30 November 2012, by way of an exchange of letters (“Extension Letters”), mutually agreed to further extend the period to satisfy or waive the conditions precedent of the conditional sale and purchase agreement for the Proposed Acquisition (“CSPA”) to 31 January 2013.
