Bhd. [257428-D], shall be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wyeth [Hong Kong] Holding Company Limited, in Hong Kong, which in turn shall be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nestl� S.A., in Switzerland. Nestl� [Malaysia] Berhad [110925-W], which is also a subsidiary of Nestl� S.A., shall provide certain shared services upon usual terms, to Wyeth [Malaysia] Sdn. Bhd. [257428-D], as Wyeth [Malaysia] Sdn. Bhd.
