| Description | MITHRIL BERHAD ("MITHRIL" OR “COMPANY") MONTHLY ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE STATUS OF THE COMPANY’S PLAN TO REGULARISE ITS CONDITION PURSUANT TO PRACTICE NOTE 17 (“PN17”) OF THE MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD (“MAIN MARKET LR”) |
(Unless otherwise stated, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those previously defined in the Announcement dated 30 August 2010). Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 17 August 2011, 29 August 2011, 21 September 2011, 10 October 2011, 15 November 2011, 10 May 2012, 7 August 2012, 11 September 2012, 14 September 2012 and monthly announcements made by the Company on the status of the Company’s compliance with paragraph 2.1(a) of PN 17 of the Main Market LR. The Company wishes to hereby announce that the Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Offer" as from 25 September 2012. Shareholders of Mithril whose names appear on the Record of Depositors at the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 27 September 2012 shall be entitled to the Share Exchange. The trading of Mithril Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") was suspended 21 September 2012, being three (3) clear market days prior to the Entitlement Date in order to facilitate the Share Exchange. The suspension will continue until the admission of Pesona Metro Holdings Berhad ("PMHB") to the Official List of Bursa Securities in place of Mithril and the listing of and quotation for the new PMHB Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
