The case was last heard on 10th May 2012 and was further adjourned pending the submission of an additional Expert Report regarding the computation of negative indemnity claimed by EGM in the original expert report submitted to the Court.
The matter is now fixed on 3rdJuly 2012 pending submission of the additional expert report by the Court Expert.
