This is to allow sufficient time for NVB's Share Registrar to allot and issue NVB Shares arising from the exercise of the Warrants-A and for such Warrant-A holders to be registered in NVB's Record of Depositors for Shareholders on or before the Entitlement Date for the Bonus Issue and Free Warrants Issue on 2 May 2012. Failure to lodge such duly completed subscription forms together with the subscription monies by 5.00 p.m. on 23 April 2012 may result in such Warrant-A holders not being registered in NVB's Record of Depositors for Shareholders by the Entitlement Date.
