None of the Bonus Shares will be credited into the individual securities accounts of the respective entitled shareholders since the Bonus Shares will immediately be cancelled pursuant to the Capital Reduction.
After completion of the Distribution, subject to the requisite approval of Bursa Securities being obtained, GFB shall assume the listing status of any one of our Company, Jotech Holdings Berhad or AIC Corporation Berhad and be admitted to the Official List of Bursa Securities.
