Query Letter content: We refer to your Company's announcement dated 16 December 2011 in respect of
the aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following
additional information for public release:-
(i) To state the purchase consideration in Malaysian Ringgit;
(ii) To name the directors and substantial shareholders and their
shareholdings in RC;
(iii) To state the Net Book Value of the property based on the latest audited
accounts;
(iv) To state the term of the tenure; if leasehold, the expiry date of the
lease;
(v) To state the age of the buildings on the aforesaid property;
(vi) To state details as per Item 4(a), (b), (c), (d) and (f) of Part C of
Appendix 10A, if available;
(vii) To breakdown between the cash and borrowing for the source of funding;
(viii) To state that the document for inspection is for a period of three (3)
months instead of fourteen
(14) days;
(ix) The risk in relation to the transaction including the risk factors of the
assets;
(x) The estimated time frame to complete the transaction; and
