Rahim & Co (Johor) Sdn Bhd for unit No. 30, 31 and 35 of the Properties was requested by HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad for assessment of credit facilities offered to AISB. There is no valuation report requested for unit No. 98 and 100 of the Properties by Public Bank Berhad.
The Company did not execute another round of valuation for the purpose of this proposed disposal as there is no significant change in market value from the previous assessment on 17 February 2011.
