Pursuant to Paragraph 9.11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Main Market LR"), the Board of Directors of the Company, after having made due enquiries, wish to inform that Kulim (Malaysia) Berhad, the major shareholder of the Company is developing some corporate rationalization that may involve the Company and would like to further confirm that:-
1. SINDORA does not have any corporate development relating to the Group's business and affairs that has not been previously announced that may account for the UMA;
2. SINDORA is not aware of any rumour or report concerning the business and affairs of the Group that may account for the UMA;
3. SINDORA is not aware of any other possible explanation to account for the UMA; and
4. SINDORA is not aware of any material information that requires immediate disclosure in accordance with Paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market LR.
