The steps taken and proposed to be taken by IGLO/HAISAN in respect of the Statement of Defence and Counter Claim are IGLO had on 21 June 2011 filed a reply to both Unilever's Statement of Defence and a Statement of Defence to the Unilever's Counter Claim. The Company's solicitors have advised the Company that it has a good defence in respect of the Counter Claim. The Company has taken every step that the Counter Claim will be contested.
