Description: Reference is made to our announcement dated 14 April 2011 and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's query letter dated 18 April 2011 requesting for the following additional information for public release :-
(i) The list of names of the respective vendors and their respective strata units;
The names of the respective vendors and respective strata units are set out in Schedule 1 attached herewith.
(ii) The current use of the Said Property;
The Said Property is a residential development which is currently occupied by the Vendors and/or tenants.
(iii) The name of the proposed project or an appropriate negative statement;
The proposed project is still in its preliminary stage and there is no name identified as yet for the said project.
(iv) The source of funds to finance the development cost and the breakdown between the internal funds and borrowing for the source of funding for the purchase consideration;
The funding for the purchase consideration and development cost of the project will be through a combination of internal funds and/or bank borrowings, the actual mix of which can only be determined later.
(v) Whether relevant approvals for the development have been obtained and date(s) obtained; and
The development of the project is still subject to the approvals from the relevant authorities in Singapore which has yet to be obtained.
(vi) To make available for inspection a copy of the SPA for a period of 3 months from the date of the announcement.
