Reference is made to the Company's amended announcement made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 28 January 2011 in relation to the Proposed Change of Auditors.
The Board of Directors ("The Board") wishes to make an amended announcement to correct a typographical error. The notice of nomination nominating Messrs. STYL Associates as the new Auditors of the Company in place of Messrs. Gomez & Co. for the financial year ended 31 December 2010 was received from Dato' Zawawi Bin Ismail and not Dato' Nawawi Bin Ismail as disclosed earlier.
