In the event that the closing date of the initial public offering is extended, the dates for the balloting, allotment of ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in Tambun Indah and the listing of and quotation for the entire enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of Tambun Indah on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad would be extended accordingly. Any changes to the closing date of the application will be advertised in widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia newspapers in Malaysia.
