(i) In accordance with the Swiss Challenge Bid Guidelines, the Government of Karnataka ("GOK") via its agency, the Bangalore Airport Rail Link Limited ("BARLL") had in November 2010, issued a draft Request for Quotation ("RFQ") document to the consortium of SEB and Geodesic to furnish the information specified in the RFQ to justify their qualifications.
Any further updates shall be announced to Bursa Malaysia in due course.
