Contents: We refer to the Company's announcement dated 8 October 2010 in relation to the receipt of the letter dated 8 October 2010 from Mutual Tactic Sdn. Bhd. detailing its offer to acquire the entire business and undertakings of NV Multi (including the entire assets and liabilities of NV Multi) for a total purchase consideration of approximately RM295 million ("Offer").
Accordingly, the Company has on 8 October 2010 made a request to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") for a suspension of trading of its securities from 9.00 am on 11 October 2010 to 5.00 p.m. on 13 October 2010 to allow the Board of Directors (save for Dato' Kong Hon Kong and Kong Yew Foong, who are deemed interested in the Offer) to deliberate on the Offer and to make the necessary announcement in due course.
