Contents: The Board of Directors of Mutiara wishes to announce that Susuran Timur Sdn Bhd ("STSB") has on 30 September 2010 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with Paramoden Sdn Bhd ("PSB") for the acquisition of a parcel of land measuring approximately 5 acres ("Sale Land") and forming part of all that piece and parcel of freehold land held under HS(D) 7819 PT 12199, Mukim Dengkil, Daerah Sepang, Negeri Selangor measuring approximately 15.601 acres ("Project Land") for a purchase consideration of RM12.0 million ("Purchase Price").
STSB has on even date entered into a Joint Development Agreement ("JDA") with PSB for the joint development of the remaining portion of the Project Land measuring approximately 10.601 acres ("Development Land").
